Prescott went down to 10 men, 2 mins before we scored
We dominated the game today, even being down to 10men. Didnt create loads of chances but it was all us.
Rob Davies maybe a good player, but he has shown today what a stupid player/person he can be.
The referee got one decision right all game, and that was to send him off, and no-one could argue that.

Ross Adams may aswell be given Player of the Season now. Yet again, immense.

Hey Del, you calling me a fair-weather fan?!
No I am staying.. maybe the referee will equalise the numbers they do tend to do that.
Funny, my bro said that fairly soon after the first one!!
I'm told that there was an assessor watching the ref today, maybe that's why he decided he had to be the main "player" - I'd commented even before ko that he looked an officious prat, right again - no argument with Rob's red card (daft challenge which would have been brilliant 30 years ago but you can't do that any more) but inconsistency thereafter was staggering - and he summed up his own and his "assistant's" performance by whistling for a "foul" towards the end when Rory never touched the guy, the lino didn't flag and it was right under his nose

Sam Hall named Man of the Match today, thoroughly deserved, he was excellent at right back.
Wayne Dyer also had a very good game and deserved the reward of the winning goal for his performance.
3 good points after the early setback of Rob Davies' red card.

LOL, I reckon you're one of those fans from a far-off place who Richard Scudamore reckons should be taken into account when deciding where clubs should play their games - so it's Hednesford v Whitby at Plainmoor next season....

He's still a young man, Buster, his rash challenge could have cost us the game and Phil Starbuck will not take kindly to that. Rob is a very good midfield player though and will obviously learn from this experience.

I agree with everything with what you have posted, except I don't think the fact he is still young should come into it. He would have been playing and watching football for the past 10 years so it's not as if he did not know he stood a big chance of being sent off, whether he got the ball or not, especially this season with how the two-footed challenge has been highlighted. I suppose he was just a bit too eager to make an impression on his home debut, but the fact remains that we are going to lose him for 3 games for a tackle that could have been avoided and that he did not need to make.
Onwards and upwards though, we won didnt we! :D
