Marine throwing everything at us with some very fast flowing football but we are managing to stand firm at the moment.
Just had our first shot on goal when Wayne Dyer hit a thunderbolt from outside the area which the Marine keeper tipped brilliantly around the post.
Ben Scott certainly is our hero at the moment having already made four or five fine saves to deny the home side.

That non-league live site is very temperamental; I can bring you the news though that Buxton v Frickley was called off (very late in the day we suspect) due to a frozen pitch; is too much to hope for a sudden freeze on Merseyside?

Amazingly scrolling down that BBC videprinter page, I see that Alty was suspended then restarted; and that the games at Grays and Gillingham were abandoned because of "bad fog", which presumably is worse than good fog?

Maybe Fozzie's texts are lost in the fog....
