Hopefully my normal service will be resumed from around 3pm this afternoon for the first time in about 6 or 7 weeks.

My lad Andrew and his mate are on the team coach and in the dressing rooms today courtesy of a team builder win in September,so I'm hoping for some fly on the wall stuff lol:tape:

I have been informed there will also be updates on Radio Cumbria. Havent a clue what signal though...

Team:

Gilmartin
Adams
Brisco
Sheppard
Simms
Robinson
Pedro
Dyer(W)
Dyer(R)
Hanna
Maguire

Subs:
Nagington
Arnolin
Ward

I'm disappointed that Arnolin has been left out. However well Maguire played on Monday night, and the fact that Mario hasn't really been in top form recently, Arnolin shouldnt be left out because the 2 games he's played for us, he's been our Man of the Match!!! From the outside looking in, looks a shocking decision, but maybe he has a niggle or something. PS said he wasnt match fit, but he's only going to get match fit playing games.

That's good news! Let's just hope we don't get all those other annoying results thrown in that we don't give a fig about. If folks want to do that they should start up another post called scores we don't give a chuff about.
I come on here to get HEDNESFORD's updates, not the world and his wifes!!!

Keith H
17th-November-2007, 14:36
No need for me then,I'll carry on with other things and drop in from time to time

It's ok John my reply wasn't meant for you either.Buster has done a good job over the last few weeks and I was prepared to let him carry on while I performed other tasks:)

John P

I'm not carrying on this week. Someone from the club had heard the game was having updates on radio cumbria and thought I could mention incase anyone can get it on the net. I heard what the team was and needed to have my say lol because I still can't beleive Arnolin isnt playing. Gets MoM versus Witton and Guiseley, and doesnt play against Kendal. Doesnt make sense:confused:

Keith H
17th-November-2007, 15:06
Agree with Arnolin Buster strange decision,I also thought Nagington looked sharp on Monday and thought he may have been a better bet than Big Tone on the left.Big Tone played Ok on Monday but looked Knackered after an hour.

10 mins

Open game so far,we are playing against a strong wind and heavy rain.
Couple of half chances for Ross D and Hanna but nothing really convertable.

Kendal 0-0 Hednesford

Keith H
17th-November-2007, 15:24
20 mins

Kendal 0-0 Hednesford

Still pretty open Hednesford had a let off when Paul Robinson missed his tackle but the kendal player shot wide when well placed.

Ross Dyer had a good shot on the turn saved easily by the home keeper and then a free kick on the edge of the visitors box was easily taken by Rene.

Naggington on the bench and Hana playing - come on Phil youre joking right ?

Keith H
17th-November-2007, 15:38
35 mins

Kendal 0-1 Hednesford

A good run by Ross Dyer culminated in a pass to Hanna who fired a low cross across the box for Mario to control and fire home.

42 mins

Kendal 0-2 Hednesford

A free kick taken by Big Tone floated into the box was flicked on by Ross Dyer for Mario to tap in on a crowded goal line.

43 mins

Kendal 1-2 Hednesford

Straight from the kick off Big Tone made a clumsy tackle in the box and from the resultant penalty Kendal reduced the deficit

Leave him be; just ignore all his posts and as I've said before he'll soon get fed up talking to himself, though I know they all do that on that side of the Chase.....

Happy with that as I bet on Toni at 4/1 as first scorer, but would like to see wee Jocks equalise so that Ukraine can eliminate Thierry Henry and his arrogant pals on Wednesday.
On a more relevant note, Sky think we are eighth (though they do think the goals were scored by someone called Pedrow)

Did you actually see him play at Witton? He was never MOM and was taken off with over 20 minutes left. Mario, a much better option in my opinon, just look who scored two today.:p

terrymc

Some good results for us today, moved up to 10th and now only 7 points off a play off place.
Must get into a winning groove now and get among the points, with Lincoln at home and then some tough but winnable games in December.
The games in January will then sort a few things out, Marine (h), Guiseley (h), Eastwood (a), Witton (h).

Glyn
17th-November-2007, 19:23
Terry, betcha those four games don't all take place in January - postponements etc etc etc
