I either dont understand this statement or I find it quite offensive to supporters who pay the bucks to watch Hednesford.

i think maybe you are taking offensive as you know he has a point.
I would give the guy a break and hope the fans start to show some support for a player who is openly admitting that the fans are affecting the team. I though we were supposed to be there to cheer them on, lift them up that kind of thing, I was embarrassed to be there on Monday night when there were boos and what not. We are supposed to support this team and the players. But all we do is overhype them when they win and slate them and call for the managers head when they lose.Get real. I have posted before that this is a big club and I believe that to be true. We could get big numbers through the gate and I hope one day we will again.
That depends on success though and we will not get that if we slate every player who wears the shirt

I had gone when the players were boo'd off on Monday and I how can I be talking offensive when the question asked is what right has Rene got to question our ability on watching football.

i do not believe Rene is questioning that. I believe he is saying that as a player he gets to see more of what goes on inside the club than us. He knows more about players injuries wtc, how they react after a defeat any other issue that could be affecting them. I have only briefly read the article this morning but I tell you what I agree with him as well. Us fans only seem to go there and think we know better than all 11 players on the pitch and the manager.

I can understand that but supporters go for one thing on a match day entertainment which hasn't been the best this season...anyway fair play to anyone who keeps flying the flag someone has to :)
