......Dad has been in hospital for over three weeks now and over the weekend Mom has been admitted she now has pneumonia which her already weak heart and lungs can't cope with and I have been told to fear the worst.
Stand back everyone and take a look at the things that are really important in your life and you will realise football is only a game and that comes from one of the most passionate of HTFC supporters for over 40 years.
Go to tonights game and enjoy it no matter what the result and give the lads who pull on the shirts a big extra shout for me.

Take Care All

Keith, I am very sorry to hear off the serious problems you and your family have at this time, whilst you are preparing yourselves for the worst, I do hope
that there will be improvements and your parents make a recovery. Thank you for putting everything in perspective. The comments on this forum have been terrible to say the least.. come on everybody. support the Club, the manager and Team.

Keith

All the very best to you and your family.

Indeed, as you say, there is more to life than just football, and it is a sad fact that sometimes it takes a severe jolt to the system to bring that home.

Good Luck Mate

Yes Keith best wishes from me and I am sure are echoed by all Pitmen supporters.Football plays a big part in peoples lives but it is still only a game.
Your post should be put up in the changing room at Keys Park so these young lads can just run out and play without fear. The fans should just enjoy watching live football. After all if we wanted to watch premiership football we would sit glued to the tele.
All the best, hope things improve for your family.
