Additional to Rod's Home Page instructions, go here for further details (and the virtual tour of the ground, how flash is that for a WPL club??!!)

http://www.rhylfc.co.uk/About%20Club/bellevue.shtml

I've been there 3 times and following the instructions provided by Rhyl hasn't worked for me, 3rd time I did it my own way by plugging the postcode into routeplanner (or satnav would do it of course) and that did the trick!

Although they're only "friendlies", it will be very interesting to draw a comparison of playing standards after Pitmen have taken on both Rhyl and TNS in coming weeks....

Hope you get this before tonight. Why do they not have a bar in the ground and have you been in the Millbank pub? If so what is it like e.g. is it child friendly or spit and sawdust kinda place?

Hi Darren

I've emailed my two Rhyl-fan contacts, if they get back to me overnight I'll post asap in the morning - though if you're on the coach I think it's setting off at 9.30am?

(I can text Fozzie if I do get a reply and it's after that)

I haven't been in the Millbank, but I'd be very surprised if there isn't some sort of family-friendly pub in Rhyl and you should have at least a couple of hours to explore before KO - eg there's a Brewers Fayre which I would say is within a mile of the ground

(aren't I good to you?!)

Sorted hopefully.

my reply to Darren was

Hi Darren, hope we managed to get you sorted. You're a very brave man staying overnight in or near Rhyl and I'll be fascinated to hear if wife and daughter found enough to entertain them in Rhyl for 3 hours - it's a tip!!

:eek::D
