Well Done to 2 ex youth lads

Just a quick well done to Greg Dickinson and Tim Sanders who have just signed first team terms. As stated in the main article, Greg ended up my leading goalscorer last season, snatching it from Stychey on the last game of the season. Greg also played on the right side of midfield and shows high technique, real pace and an obvious eye for goal. Tim, actually played for me last season also in the youth team ( as well as Leek under 18s) after signing him from Stone in January 07. His playing opprtunities were restricted due to being cuptied in 2 competitions.He distributes the ball to a very high standard from a central midfield position and can destroy teams with a killer pass. Both myself and the rest of the youth management team wish them well for the future and will be keeping a close eye on their progress...

Nige, any news on any others of last season's squad who made it into first team action, eg Keenan and Carl, are they still with us/young enough to play for the Youth team/moved on??
