This is a sad day for all football supporters everywhere. I feel for the Scarborough supporters in particular and wish them a speedy return, even if it is to one of the lower leagues.

All those HTFC fans who moan at this club's administration should be very grateful that the club appears to be functioning well, and remember that we have one of the best grounds at this level.

Now that Scarborough have gone some will argue that we are the biggest team in the division. Hopefully we will prove this next season..

Don't think you can argue with that, in terms of crowds and facilities and probably history?

Yet we're only 8th in the table at present....
