I'm the guilty party for this one folks and I will be your quiz master:eek: on the nights along with my partner Carol who will be my Dolly Dealer.:D

Entry will be £1 per person.Team of 3 - 6 people will be ideal and it will be run on a simple:doh: format as follows.

7 rounds of 10 questions on varying themes and subjects, although every week the most popular rounds of Sport,General Knowledge and Music will always be included.
The eighth and final round will normally be a 20 question table quiz which will be on your table all night to do at your leisure normally a picture quiz or something of that ilk.
80% percent of prize money will go to the lucky winner of the quiz.
On the evening a round will be picked as the 'Snowball round'. this will be the other 20% of the prize money and it will go to the team who gets all 10 questions right in that chosen round. If that doesn't get won on the evening the prize money will be carried forward to the next quiz night.
You will also have the chance to play a joker on the round of your choice enabling you to double your points tally in the round you have chosen.

These quizzes will hopefully be very lighthearted and not to be taken too seriously but an excellent night out can be had by all.

All quiz nights will start at 8.00pm prompt and will usually end around 10.15 - 10.30.They will be held on the first Sunday of every month, the first one being June 3rd.
They take a lot of hard work to put together and seeing as I'm doing this on a voluntary basis it would be appreciated if as many of you could get there as you can.

If anyone has any ideas that I may be able to use or just any questions they want to ask me about the quiz nights please feel free to use this thread to contact me.

Hope to see you there on June 3rd :clap2:

Good Luck if you do come along

Keith

The winners received a cash prize of £29 and the snowball (£18) was equally shared by three teams who all gained 10 out of 10 right in the Geography Round.

The main prize in the raffle of four match tickets for a Hednesford game of their choice was won by Gaz and Dave.

Just a reminder that this coming Sunday we have our monthly quiz night in Strikers Bar.

It would be great if a few more than usual could attend as it is a light hearted fun night. Questions are not hard, they can't be seeing as Terry,Mark and Scott won it last month:tape:, because the emphasis is on fun and a bit of a get together.

Doors open 7.30 for a prompt start at 8.00 and we are usually finished by around 10.00 - 10.15.

Go on give it a go.

Thanks a lot Keith :p BTW how come a picture of the winning team was never put up in the photo gallery?
