Frank McLeod is now manager of local side Brereton Social. His middle son, Dan, turned out for the reserves at Worcester last week and may get a chance against Bromsgrove tonight (Tues). I have it on good authority that Frank will be amongst the spectators tonight so, keep 'em peeled!

He's got his hands full at Brereton. Frank was an excellent right back and a fine servant who contributed the odd goal. I remember him smashing in a wonderful free-kick in an FA Cup game at Skelmersdale in the 80s. I believe he followed the money and left the club for Harrisons

Frank was an excellent servant to Hednesford Town Football Club throughout his time with us. He was also a very good player who made the right back position his own for a number of years.
Was also capable of scoring some spectacular goals as well. I remember one on the opening day of one season in a 2-1 win at Buckingham in the Southern League.
Frank was a great club person and I can vouch he never cared at all about money. Not many players did in those days!!
